ThermaWallPlus®:
As global warming and costs became an issue, RMAX recognised that building practices would need to change. EPS, with its high thermal qualities seemed the ideal material to construct insulated panelling with. Recognising the fragility of EPS, RMAX development engineers perfected the combination of a strong fibreglass mesh bonded to EPS with a basecoat adhesive, ready to accept basecoat render.

Perform Guard®:
In the Australian building industry, RMAX was the first to introduce termite resistant expanded polystyrene (EPS) - Isolite® Perform Guard® EPS. The exclusive patented technology incorporates a safe, non-toxic inorganic additive that is a deterrent to termites. Identified by its grey colour, this material has been incorporated into ThermaWallPlus® reinforced EPS exterior cladding.

Perform Guard® is an important component in resisting termite infestation. It's made by a patented process using an inorganic material that is a deterrent to termites. This material is incorporated into the EPS during manufacture.

Perform Guard® is non-toxic and safe to handle. It is not a surface additive but a fully integrated system.
